Hallo - pleased to meet you!

Hi everyone

Boy, am I very excited to have my very own blog!!! Let me introduce myself:

Name: Dazzle
Breed: Border Collie
Gender: Male
Age: 5
Date of birth: Christmas Day 2003
Hobbies: Dog Jumping, Agility and Flyball, and going for walks on the beach

I share my home with five other dogs, but I am the only "planned" one of the lot. My human mom got me as she was a big fan of my dad, a beautiful red and white Border Collie called Shinto. My mom jumped him at shows when his human mom was expecting a baby, and she fell head over heels in love with him.

I have been training for and competing in Dog Jumping and Agility since puppy days, and I absolutely LOVE it. I have to take it easy though as my hips are not 100% well and I am sometimes quite sore. This is as a result of a bad fall into a courtyard when I was six month's old. Here's two action shots of me:

My claim to fame is that I have a Qualification certificate in Dog Jumping and one in Agility - here are pic's of me and my human mom with those two QC's:

Apart from Agility and Dog Jumping, I love Flyball and doing tricks - I'll try and convince my mom to have a videoclip taken of us doing tricks to share with you.
